Elder Women’s Circle

Genuine connection, imagination, and growth

“An elder woman’s group is a circle which carries the weight and wonder of long-lived lives, gathering not to perform or impress, but to witness, reflect, and weave meaning from shared wisdom. It is a place where stories are sacred, silence is allowed, and laughter and tears sit side by side.”

A Space to Be, To Share, To Flourish

Irene warmly welcomes women in their later years of life to join small, gentle gatherings designed to nurture connection, creativity and inner wisdom.

This Elder Women’s Circle is about being together in a meaningful way, sharing what it means to age, evolve and continue becoming.

Whether you are navigating change, craving community, or simply curious about what your next chapter might hold, Irene’s Elder Women’s Circle offers a safe, soulful place to explore that journey alongside others.

What to Expect

This small Elder Women’s Circle of up to 6 women, is intimate and relaxed, meeting up once a month for an hour and a half.

If this feels like it might be overwhelming, please speak to Irene about having a one to one session instead.

Therapeutically Creative

Expect conversation, reflection, and gentle exploration of your own creativity, through activities like art making, journaling, or storytelling and nature-based activities—no experience necessary. Life Transitions Honoured

From menopause to retirement, loss and grief, renewal and rediscovery—every phase of elderhood and approaching elderhood are welcome here.

A Gentle Beginning

Before joining the group or booking a session, Irene offers an informal initial 15-minute conversation—a chance to connect, ask questions, and see if it feels right for you.
